I would not compare this program to Media Composer or those pro editors. But, it was better than legacy Studio with it's limited tracks and tools. I was not really happy with the release of Avid Studio coming from Liquid. They were going to trim it down (remove networking features, broadcast stuff, scopes, compositing, etc.). As you probably know, Pinnacle Studio (Avid Studio) was designed to be a replacement for Avid Liquid, a pro editor. They have their VideoStudioPro editor, which is easier to use and learn. I'm not sure about which market Pinnacle is targeting.
